Once my work is complete, I will print a complete notebook that includes photos and explanations of what I have overseen or inspected. I don't consider a job to be complete until all of your questions are answered. 

As a client of Chalmers Building Services I don't answer to anyone but you. I do not have any personal relationships with real estate agencies, mortgage brokers, or anyone involved in the real estate industry. I am not in the construction, roofing, window replacement trades. I am completely independent. You will find truth and integrity is the cornerstone of everything that I do.
