Current Projects:
- Municipal Building Inspector for the Town of Jackson, NH
- Developed roof replacement specification packages for the Bartlett Place Condominium Association; placed the project out to bid, reviewed submissions and I've been retained to oversee the replacement project.
- Eagle Ridge Resort; currently overseeing structural repairs and preparing for their roof replacement project to get underway.
- First Church of Christ, North Conway, NH; roofing specification packages have been completed and have been released to a select group of roofing contractors.
- Jackson Library providing inspection services directly for the Board of Directors and their Contractor, Tamarack Construction.
- Home inspections are taking off.

- Mount Washington Observatory nothing like working with the folks on 'top of the rock pile'

- I have been seeing an increase in calls related to moisture intrusion and mold.
